Rule 14
Purchase order for proposal documents

(1) A fee of twenty thousand rupees will be charged when purchasing documents related to the proposal.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if the proponent requests a copy of the study report related to the project, the Ministry shall provide it to him free of charge.
